Pressure washing 5-7 days in advance to clean surfaces allowing dry time before painting and staining

Boom lift ordered one week before needed to ensure delivery

Hearing protection and safety goggles for pressure washing and sanding

Roof anchors and 5-point harnesses used during all roof and boom lift work to ensure painter safety

Ladder Jacks installed in roof to reach high cedar shake areas

Roof shingles re-sealed with roof tar sealant once roof equipment removed to ensure no water intrusion issues upon completion of job
- Drop sheets in all working areas to ensure no paint drops

Shakes sanded before staining to remove old stain. Wiped to remove all dust, before receiving two coats of Sherwin Williams WoodScapes Solid Hide Stain

Hardie Board was painted with brush and roller using Duration Satin finish from Sherwin Williams

Shutters were scraped, sanded, wiped, and primed with oil-based primer before receiving two coats of Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh Satin Paint

Applied out of direct sunlight whenever possible for optimal adhesion and curing time.
Step stools, 8-13 Multiway Ladders, 24-foot extension ladders, 32-foot extension ladders, and a 45-foot articulating boom-lift used to access all high areas. Ladder wings used for accessing roof to prevent damage to eavestroughs.
