Paint house Exterior Hardie Board Siding, Shutters and Cedar Shakes. Activities undertaken by Pro Works Fraser Valley;

• Pressure washing 5-7 days in advance to clean surfaces allowing dry time before painting and staining

• Boom lift ordered one week before needed to ensure delivery

• Hearing protection and safety goggles for pressure washing and sanding

• Roof anchors and 5-point harnesses used during all roof and boom lift work to ensure painter safety

• Ladder Jacks installed in roof to reach high cedar shake areas

• Roof shingles re-sealed with roof tar sealant once roof equipment removed to ensure no water intrusion issues upon completion of job

• Drop sheets in all working areas to ensure no paint drops

• Shakes sanded before staining to remove old stain. Wiped to remove all dust, before receiving two coats of Sherwin Williams WoodScapes Solid Hide Stain

• Hardie Board was painted with brush and roller using Duration Satin finish from Sherwin Williams

• Shutters were scraped, sanded, wiped, and primed with oil-based primer before receiving two coats of Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh Satin Paint

• Applied out of direct sunlight whenever possible for optimal adhesion and curing time.

Step stools, 8-13 Multiway Ladders, 24-foot extension ladders, 32-foot extension ladders, and a 45-foot articulating boom-lift used to access all high areas. Ladder wings used for accessing roof to prevent damage to eavestroughs.
