Planned project dates in advance with client, to complete painting before new flooring was installed. Activities undertaken by Pro Works Fraser Valley;
- All interior walls and trim painted
- Painted several ceilings
- Filled all damaged areas before doing a full sand using pole-sanders to smooth out walls and ceilings
- Sanded trim by hand using 120 grit sandpaper
- Dark brown ceiling in spare room received one coat of shellac primer before painting two coats using Sherwin Williams PROMAR 400 flat white ceiling paint
- Painted two coats on all trim using Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane Semi-Gloss white paint
- Brush and roll two coats of all walls using Opulence Low-Sheen Eggshell from Sherwin Williams
Entire project completed by a full crew in three consecutive weekdays as discussed at initial estimate, to allow other trades to come and begin work as soon as possible.
